I have a set of wireless "dect 6.0" Uniden phones and after owning them for 4 months and reading the directions over and over I can’t figure out how the intercom system works on the phones.

It says to push the intercom/clear button, then I select the phones in my house I want to call/page and when I press talk all I get is a dial tone and no other phones are ringing. Every phone is working (as in I can receive and make calls to outside lines) but I can’t figure this intercom thing out. Tried looking for help online and numerous other people are having the same problem and I’ve yet to find a solution!

Help would be greatly appreciated!
